Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ERA Intelligence mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be 18 years or older to use ERA Intelligence.

Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to participate
Participants under 18 require explicit parental consent
We may request age verification at any time

Geographic Restrictions

Currently available in the United States and Canada
You must be physically located in an eligible region to contribute data
VPN usage is prohibited during data collection

Data Collection & Contribution

What You're Contributing

Voice Samples: Short audio recordings for AI training
Network Data: Anonymous cellular performance information
Quality Metrics: Technical data about recording conditions

Your Responsibilities

Provide genuine, unmanipulated data
Do not share your account with others
Report any technical issues promptly
Follow all local laws regarding recording and privacy

Attempts to manipulate or artificially generate data will result in immediate account termination.

Payment Terms

How Payments Work

Payments are processed weekly every Friday
Earnings are based on data quality and market demand
No minimum payout threshold required
Payments are sent via PayPal only

Payment Rates

Voice samples: $0.15 - $0.75 per 30-second recording
Network data: $0.02 - $0.08 per data point
Rates may vary based on quality and demand
We reserve the right to adjust rates with 30 days notice

Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for reporting earnings to tax authorities
We will provide tax documents for earnings over $600/year
International users must comply with their local tax laws

Data Quality Standards

Voice Recording Requirements

Clear, audible speech without background noise
Read provided text accurately and naturally
Recordings must be in your natural speaking voice
No use of voice modulation or artificial effects

Prohibited Activities

Using multiple accounts or sharing accounts
Automating data collection or submission
Submitting low-quality or corrupted data
Attempting to reverse-engineer our algorithms

Account Management

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account security
Use a strong, unique password
Report suspicious activity immediately
Do not share login credentials

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Technical abuse or system manipulation
Extended periods of inactivity (1+ years)

Intellectual Property

Your Rights

You retain rights to your original voice recordings
By contributing, you grant us a license to use anonymized data
You can request data deletion at any time

Our Rights

ERA Intelligence app and technology are our property
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
Our algorithms and data processing methods are proprietary

Limitation of Liability

ERA Intelligence provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Technical issues or service interruptions
Payment delays beyond our control
Loss of earnings due to market changes
Indirect or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do:

We'll notify you via email and in-app notifications
Changes take effect 30 days after notification
Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
You may close your account if you disagree with changes
